Mr. England joined Stellus in 2026. Prior to joining Stellus, Mitchell worked as an Audit & Assurance Manager at Deloitte. Mitchell received both an MPA (’20) and BBA (’18) in accounting from The University of Texas at Austin. Mitchell is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Texas.
