Delaware Basin Resources is a Midland-based oil and gas company formed in December 2009 to develop a substantial, largely contiguous acreage position located primarily in Reeves County, Texas, in the core of the southern Delaware Basin oil-weighted resource play. The Company is currently focused on horizontal development in multiple benches of the Wolfcamp interval.
